Description

Responsibilities

Pilot complex construction or rehabilitation projects of waste treatment units from study phase to commissioning.
Ensure overall project management, including assistance to the project owner and public authorities.
Supervise and coordinate actions within the control and coordination cell of a temporary grouping of companies.
Develop and monitor the overall project schedule in collaboration with the planner.
Coordinate the follow-up of works with all stakeholders, integrating HSE issues.
Ensure compliance with budgets and deadlines.
Establish workload and staffing forecasts in connection with the group leader.
Ensure coordination of technical and contractual interfaces between different project actors.

Requirements

Engineering degree (generalist, environmental engineering, energy or civil).
8 to 10 years of experience in managing large-scale projects related to waste treatment units (incineration, methanation, etc.).
Strong mastery of project management in its technical, organizational, and strategic dimensions.
Proven experience in project management assistance, project direction, and support for public actors.
Very good knowledge in site monitoring and commissioning of industrial installations.
Excellent communication skills and ability to develop lasting relationships with stakeholders.
Ability to defend technical choices, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and unite around projects.
Sense of organization, rigor, and initiative.
Dynamism and desire to take on new challenges, with a global vision of issues.
Strong results orientation and ability to lead projects to completion.
Mastery of Lean management tools.
