↳Master’s degree in technical field or equivalent practical experience, a Microsoft AI Learning Hub certifications would be desirable.
↳Experience deploying and maintaining AI Agents / Workflows as well as acting as a bridge between technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
↳Familiarity with APIs and basic integrations.
↳Ability to test, debug, and validate AI outputs in a structured way.
↳Experience delivering technical training and facilitating workshops would be a plus.
↳Hands-on & self-motivated personality with a structured, organized, and methodical working style and a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
↳Critical thinking, effective planning, and clear written and verbal communication skills.
↳Fluent in English, German and French are a plus.
↳Strong knowledge in Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft PowerAutomate or similar and Microsoft AI Foundry.
↳Passion for Outdoor Sports in general.
