The Head of Executive Events Experience is responsible for shaping and delivering high-impact internal engagement experiences that connect executives with employees across the organisation. This role leads the strategy, design and execution of leadership events that bring business priorities to life, strengthen leadership visibility and create meaningful opportunities for dialogue and engagement. Going beyond traditional event management, the role focuses on designing compelling engagement experiences, innovative formats and audience-centric agendas across face-to-face, hybrid and digital channels.
