Description

Quello che puoi mettere in movimento. Garantire la sicurezza e la disponibilità delle opere del genio civile/ manufatti tramite ispezioni regolari e interventi di piccola manutenzione eseguiti a regola d’arte. Eseguire in modo prevalentemente autonomo ispezioni, controlli e lavori di manutenzione su manufatti quali ponti, muri di sostegno, pensiline, portali di gallerie, tombinoni, pareti antirumore ecc. Redigere rapporti sullo stato delle opere e liste dei difetti, trasmettendoli al capoteam per la successiva elaborazione. Collaborare nella pianificazione ed esecuzione delle misure di manutenzione e degli interventi costruttivi. Coordinare i diversi servizi interni ed esterni coinvolti negli interventi sui manufatti. Supportare i responsabili degli impianti nella gestione e nel monitoraggio delle infrastrutture.

Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and availability of civil engineering works/products through regular inspections and maintenance.
Perform inspections, controls, and maintenance work on structures such as bridges, retaining walls, canopies, tunnel portals, culverts, noise barriers, etc.
Draft reports on the condition of works and lists of defects, forwarding them to the team leader for further processing.
Collaborate in the planning and execution of maintenance measures and construction interventions.
Coordinate various internal and external services involved in interventions on products.
Support facility managers in managing and monitoring infrastructure.

Requirements

Several years of experience in the construction and/or maintenance of products or works in concrete and steel.
Willingness to attend continuing education courses (e.g., work in suspension with load-bearing ropes, FFS safety courses) alongside professional activity.
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications and good aptitude for using devices and computer tools.
Good judgment and decision-making ability in critical situations of facilities, excellent health, absence of vertigo and claustrophobia.
Excellent knowledge of the Italian language and good knowledge of the German language at level B1.
Completed vocational training in the technical-craft sector (e.g., metallurgy, draftsman, mason, master mason, blacksmith, or equivalent training) with practical experience.
