0301Operate and maintain physical server and storage infrastructure across Intellico’s colocation sites
02Coordinate hardware installation, replacement, upgrades, cabling, rack space and power connections
03Monitor hardware health, power, temperature, storage capacity and environmental conditions
04Operate and maintain Proxmox VE clusters, virtual machines and Linux operating systems
05Operate and maintain Ceph and ZFS storage environments
06Provision, patch, upgrade and monitor Linux servers and infrastructure components
07Operate core infrastructure services such as DNS, DHCP, NTP, internal certificates and related network services
08Implement and test backup, restore and disaster-recovery procedures
09Maintain infrastructure inventories, lifecycle plans, warranties, spare equipment and technical documentation
10Support automation and configuration management for recurring infrastructure tasks
11Coordinate technical work with colocation providers, hardware vendors and external service providers
12Support Cisco networks, Palo Alto firewalls, VPNs and general connectivity troubleshooting
13Administer Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory and Exchange Online
14Support employee devices, office infrastructure, Wi-Fi, telephony and meeting-room equipment where required
15Participate in incident management, infrastructure changes and the compensated on-call rotation
