The role
0401- Operate and maintain complex Networks (LAN, WAN, WiFi, Firewalls, Load-Balancers, SDWAN, Cloud, Satellite)
02- Manage security devices to enforce network security policies as per MSC Cruises guidelines.
03- Incident and change management of related areas (Network, Security, Remote Access, Load-Balancers, SDWAN, Azure clouds, etc-) hosted on premises and in Azure.
04- Monitor Network performances and alarms. Ability to manage different Service Providers and System Integrators.
05- Update and manage IT Network Documentation.
06- Interact with IT third party for innovation tasks and developing new services
07- Provide technical expertise to develop new product strategies, provide inputs against new solutions/applications or enhancements.
08- Ensure compliance in alignment with MSC Security guidelines, contribute to security design.
09- IT Process setup and optimization, reporting management.
10- Contribute to complex IT project & programs, including software development.
11- Netops/Devops oriented
