The role as IT Operations Specialist will be responsible for assisting employees with technical issues, inquiries and project delivery. This role ensures the smooth operation of the IT infrastructure and contributes significantly to user satisfaction. This position for the Audi Revolut F1® Team is based at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland).
01Provide first-level support to end users (on-site and remote)
02Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
03Install, configure, and maintain IT systems, peripherals, and mobile devices
04Manage user accounts, access rights, and IT systems
05Manage IT projects, rollouts, and system migrations
06Ensure compliance with IT Policies
07Document support cases in the ticketing system
08Provide Onboarding IT Support
09Collaborate with external companies to work on projects and resolve complex issues
10Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes
Requirements
↳Completed degree (University or University of Applied Sciences) in the field of Computer Science or an apprenticeship as a Computer Scientist with corresponding further education
↳Minimum 5 years of professional IT experience in a highly technical, engineering- or R&D-centric environment
↳Project management education or IT Project management skills are highly desirable
↳Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, hardware and networking technologies
↳You have experience with Apple devices
↳Cloud, platform engineering and IT security experience is beneficial
↳Strong customer orientation and communication skills
↳Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
↳Good English skills (spoken and written), German is nice to have

Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg, Germany, is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Formula 1 Factory of Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Audi Motorsport Technology Centre, UK, is in its launch phase and growing continuously. Our power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations.
