Description

Dieses Praktikum ermöglicht es dir, an einem grossen IT‑Projekt mitzuwirken und die Projektmanager zu unterstützen. Du lernst die Geschäftsprozesse kennen und unterstützt die Konzeption, Entwicklung, das Testing und die Implementierung von Lösungen in unserem zukünftigen Warenmangement‑System.

Responsibilities

Project administration: creation and maintenance of project documentation (scope, budget, schedule, quality), recording and documentation of meetings.
Requirements engineering: capturing and documenting requirements.
Business analysis: definition and documentation of processes together with business partners, creation of system requirements, design, prototyping and testing of customer-specific technological solutions, and support of system implementation.
Test management: planning, coordinating and documenting test cases.
Tracking: tracking of activities, issues, risks, decisions and work packages, as well as identification of blockers.
Information procurement & consolidation: collection, preparation and consolidation of large amounts of information from stakeholders.
Transition sub-project: you will take on your own migration sub-project, which you will work on independently under professional guidance - from analysis to implementation.
Moderation: promoting collaboration and moderating discussions between subject matter experts and suppliers with a common outcome.

Requirements

Ongoing studies in computer science or a comparable field.
Strong communication skills (oral and written, German and English), curiosity, structured, proactive, shows initiative and has a pronounced team spirit.
Very good organizational and technical skills.
Strong analytical thinking as well as high attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong personal interest in digitization and processes.
Ideally knowledge in IT project management, business administration and warehousing logistics processes.
Availability for a 6-month internship.
