Aufgaben

Verantwortung für unser ERP-System (Comarch) sowie weitere Fachapplikationen – Betrieb, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung Leitung von Digitalisierungs- und Automatisierungsprojekten inkl. Schnittstellen zu Webshop, HubSpot-CRM und externen Lieferanten Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fachabteilungen (Vertrieb, Logistik, Buchhaltung) zur Analyse und Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen Second- und Third-Level Support, Schulungen sowie Erstellung von Prozessdokumentationen Evaluation und Einführung neuer Tools und Digitalisierungslösungen mit direktem Einfluss auf die Unternehmensstrategie

Responsibilities

Responsibility for our ERP system (Comarch) and other specialist applications – operation, further development and optimization
Management of digitization and automation projects including interfaces to webshop, HubSpot-CRM and external suppliers
Close collaboration with specialist departments (sales, logistics, accounting) to analyze and optimize business processes
Second and third level support, training and creation of process documentation
Evaluation and introduction of new tools and digitization solutions with direct influence on corporate strategy

Requirements

Degree or comparable training with a strong IT and supply chain reference
Several years of experience as an IT project manager, application manager or ERP specialist
Solid ERP knowledge – experience with Comarch, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, SQL and interface technologies is an advantage
Commercial and logistical process understanding in trade or project business
Fluent German, good English; French is an advantage
