**Junior QM-Manager / QA Specialist (w/m/d) - Fokus GDP & MDR**
**Mit Perspektive zur stellvertretenden Fachtechnisch verantwortlichen Person (FvP)**
* **Pensum:** 50% - 60% (nach Absprache)
* **Fokus:** Operational QA, GDP-Compliance & Medizintechnik (MDR) im Inlands-Grosshandel
* **Entwicklung:** Zielgerichtete Einarbeitung und Qualifizierung zur behördlich gemeldeten FvP-Stellvertretung
**Dein Aufgabengebiet**
* **QMS-Unterstützung:** Du betreust und optimierst unser bestehendes Qualitätsmanagementsystem für Arzneimittel und Medizinprodukte (nach GDP, MDR, ISO 13485).
* **Compliance & Daily Operations:** Du überwachst die Einhaltung der GDP-Richtlinien im Inlands-Grosshandel und stellst die QMS-konforme Dokumentenlenkung und Archivierung sicher.
* **Qualitätsprozesse:** Du bearbeitest eigenständig Abweichungen, Änderungen (Change Control), Reklamationen und CAPA-Massnahmen.
* **Audit-Vorbereitung:** Du unterstützt das Team bei der Vorbereitung von Inspektionen durch Swissmedic sowie bei internen Selbstinspektionen.
* **FvP-Entwicklungspfad:** Du wirst schrittweise an die Aufgaben der Fachtechnisch verantwortlichen Person gemäss AMBV herangeführt, um mittelfristig die Rolle der Stellvertretung rechtlich zu übernehmen.
**Das bringst du mit**
* **Ausbildung:** Abgeschlossenes Studium der Pharmazie, Chemie, Biologie oder eine vergleichbare naturwissenschaftliche/technische Qualifikation.
* **Berufserfahrung:** Erste oder mehrjährige Praxis in der Qualitätssicherung (QA) oder im Qualitätsmanagement (QM), idealerweise in der Pharma- oder Medizintechnikbranche.
* **Fachwissen:** Grundkenntnisse oder erste Berührungspunkte mit dem Schweizer Heilmittelrecht (HMG, AMBV, GDP) sowie internationalen Standards (ISO 13485 / MDR) sind von Vorteil.
* **Sprachkenntnisse:** Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch sowie gute Französisch- und Englischkenntnisse (wichtig für die standortübergreifende Zusammenarbeit).
* **Arbeitsweise:** Eine exakte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und die Motivation, dich tief in regulatorische Themen einzuarbeiten.

* **Workload:** 50% - 60% (by agreement)
* **Focus:** Operational QA, GDP Compliance & Medical Devices (MDR) in domestic wholesale
* **Development:** Targeted onboarding and qualification to officially assume the legal role of Deputy RP
**Your Responsibilities**
* **QMS Support:** You maintain and optimize our existing Quality Management System for pharmaceuticals and medical devices (according to GDP, MDR, and ISO 13485).
* **Compliance & Daily Operations:** You monitor compliance with GDP guidelines in domestic wholesale and ensure QMS-compliant document control and archiving.
* **Quality Processes:** You independently handle deviations, changes (Change Control), complaints, and CAPA measures.
* **Audit Preparation:** You support the team in preparing for inspections by Swissmedic or Notified Bodies, as well as conducting internal self-inspections.
* **RP Development Path:** You will be gradually introduced to the duties of the Responsible Person (FvP) under Swiss law (AMBV), with the mid-term goal of legally taking over the deputy function.
**Your Profile**
* **Education:** Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or a comparable scientific/technical qualification.
* **Professional Experience:** Initial or several years of practical experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Management (QM), ideally within the pharmaceutical or medical device industry.
* **Technical Knowledge:** Basic knowledge or first points of contact with Swiss therapeutic products law (HMG, AMBV, GDP) and international standards (ISO 13485 / EU-MDR) are an advantage.
* **Language Skills:** Professional fluency in German, alongside good French and English skills (essential for cross-site collaboration).
* **Working Style:** An exact, structured way of working and high motivation to dive deep into regulatory topics.

* **Axes prioritaires**: assurance qualité opérationnelle, conformité aux BPF et dispositifs médicaux (RDM) dans le cadre de la distribution en gros sur le marché national
* **Évolution:** intégration et qualification ciblées en vue d-assumer officiellement le rôle juridique de responsable adjoint
**Vos responsabilités**
* **Soutien au SMQ:** vous assurez la maintenance et l-optimisation de notre système de gestion de la qualité existant pour les produits pharmaceutiques et les dispositifs médicaux (conformément aux BPF, au RDM et à la norme ISO 13485).
* **Conformité et opérations quotidiennes:** vous veillez au respect des directives BDP dans le commerce de gros national et garantissez un contrôle et un archivage des documents conformes au SMQ.
* **Processus qualité:** vous gérez de manière autonome les écarts, les changements (contrôle des changements), les réclamations et les mesures CAPA.
* **Préparation aux audits:** vous assistez l-équipe dans la préparation des inspections menées par Swissmedic ou les organismes notifiés, ainsi que dans la réalisation d-auto-inspections internes.
* **Parcours de développement vers le poste de personne responsable (FvP):** vous serez progressivement initié(e) aux fonctions de la personne responsable (FvP) au sens de la législation suisse (AMBV)
