Description
Deine Aufgaben
Gästebetreuung, Bedienung und Beratung der Gäste
Zubereitung diverser Barista-Kreationen
Bereitstellung des Mise en Place, Backen der hauseigenen Kuchen, Zubereitung einfacher Speisen und Ausschank von Getränken
Einhaltung und Umsetzung des HACCP-Hygienekonzepts
Allgemeine Aufräum- und Reinigungsarbeiten
Unterstützung des Kafi Florence Teams in allen Bereichen
Responsibilities
Guest care, service and advice to guests
Preparation of various barista creations
Provision of mise en place, baking of house-made cakes, preparation of simple dishes and serving of drinks
Compliance with and implementation of the HACCP hygiene concept
General cleaning and tidying tasks
Support the Kafi Florence team in all areas
Requirements
Enjoy dealing with guests, an open, warm and communicative manner
Experience in service and/or as a barista is a plus, but not a requirement
Passion for cooking and baking
Aesthetics and love for detail
A cool head in stressful situations
Initiative, reliability and cleanliness
