Aufgaben
Erstellen und Kalkulieren von Offerten ab Devis- und Ausmasslisten
Einholen und Vergleichen von Lieferanten- und Zukaufspreisen
Erstellen und Nachfassen von Angeboten
Verfassen von Bewerbungsschreiben für Bauprojekte
Betreuen der Ausschreibungsportale und AVOR für kleinere Projekte
Bereitstellen von Produktions- und Montageunterlagen
Erstellen von Auftragsbestätigungen, Akonto- und Schlussrechnungen
Responsibilities
Creating and calculating offers based on specifications and measurement lists
Obtaining and comparing supplier and purchase prices
Creating and following up on offers
Writing application letters for construction projects
Managing tender portals and AVOR for smaller projects
Providing production and assembly documents
Creating order confirmations, interim and final invoices
Requirements
Experience in the calculation of windows and facade elements
Safe handling of calculation, ERP, or industry-specific software
Precise, structured, and deadline-oriented working style
Knowledge in reading technical drawings and basic knowledge in CAD
Understanding of assembly processes, production costs, and manufacturing tolerances
Enjoyment in exchanging ideas with clients, architects, planners, and resellers
Preferably: Knowledge in building physics, sound insulation, and statics
Safe handling of relevant standards and guidelines
