About the team
The Global Marketing Management team sits at the heart of On’s Global Marketing organization, leading the strategy, planning, and execution of end-to-end global marketing campaigns. We work hand-in-hand with creative, channel, and regional teams to ensure every campaign is aligned, cohesive, and delivered seamlessly across markets. As the operational backbone of global marketing, we drive Go-To-Market planning, manage budgets and timelines, and unlock impact through strong cross-functional collaboration.
We’re the ones who spark ideas and keep things moving — part trusted guide, part motivator, part challenger. We stay close to our community, listening hard to what they want and need, and turning those insights into meaningful stories and experiences. Curious by nature and bold by choice, we’re always exploring new ways to communicate our products and ideas. If there’s a better way to do things, we’ll find it — questioning the status quo, experimenting fast, and turning inspiration into action.
