Your responsibilities Plan and allocate resources efficiently to meet timelines and ensure on-time shipments departure to customers. Monitor forecast, workload and team capacity to anticipate the need for resources all along the year. Support and collaborate with Lead Warehouse Inbound or designee to organize processing of physical inventory of finished products for Brügg facility, and ensure accurate reporting of discrepancies, if any. Ensure accurate transfer of material between the different storage locations and virtual warehouses. Monitor and update Logistics KPIs for the scope of Warehouse Operations which includes (OTIF, Forecast monitoring, Team productivity, Packaging customization) Co-lead daily briefing meeting, define priorities and address any blocking situation. Ensure Logistics and material handling processes operate in accordance with SOP’s and in compliance with safety rules. Provide Lean guidance to the team to adopt streamlined method to operate, moving from a push to pull mode all along the line. Act as a key player of the continuous improvement process and apply appropriate methodology to analyze situation and bring solutions. Update QMS documentation by creating and following on change orders, whenever required Actively participate to internal audits and SOX audits Any other assignments designated by Director Procurement and Logistics. Back up Logistics Project and Warehouse Lead during his/her absences.
