Responsabilités

Operational and technical management of the railway construction department
Personnel responsibility for two well-coordinated teams with a total of around 20 employees in collaboration with the team leaders
Maintenance of existing customer relationships and active participation in the strategic further development of the specialist area
Project management and collaboration in demanding and forward-looking railway projects
Further development and leadership of the team at our location in Poland

Exigences

Successfully completed university degree in civil engineering combined with proven expertise in railway construction
Many years of experience in project management in railway infrastructure projects, ideally supplemented by leadership responsibility
Established network in the industry and a valued personality with customers and partners
Fluent German and good English skills (spoken and written)
