# **That-s the job - Your main tasks:** # * Drive M&A initiatives together with the Head of M&A in collaboration with the Executive Management, the business units, and our private equity investor * Identify, assess, and execute acquisition opportunities, from target identification and the management of due diligence processes through to signing and closing * Hand over the transaction to PMI following completion, ensuring a smooth transition * Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners such as legal and financial advisors, investment banks and other transaction experts * Prepare valuations, financial models, deal analyses and decision materials for the Executive Management and Board of Directors * Conduct market, company, and competitive analyses
