The Manager, Critical Infrastructure, Healthcare & Education leads one of Microsoft's most strategic industry portfolios in Switzerland, with primary responsibility for Critical Infrastructure and Healthcare customers, including some of the country's most important organizations. The role is accountable for business performance, customer success, executive engagement, and people leadership across the segment.The successful candidate brings deep expertise in regulated industries and a significant understanding of the business, operational, regulatory, and technology challenges faced by critical national infrastructure providers and healthcare institutions. They build trusted relationships with C-level executives, act as a strategic advisor to customers, and help accelerate digital, security, data, and AI transformation.As a people leader, the role develops a high-performing and inclusive team, builds leadership capability, and drives accountability for results. Success requires a customer-centric mindset, the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments, and the capability to lead across Microsoft's matrix organization to deliver outstanding customer experiences and sustainable business growth.The role combines strategic account leadership, industry expertise, people management, and commercial accountability to strengthen Microsoft's position as the trusted transformation partner for Switzerland's most critical and regulated organizations.
