## What you will be doing ##

*check* Lead and inspire: you provide direction, motivation, and support to the Customer Engineering team while fostering a culture of trust, collaboration, and continuous development
*check* Ensure quality: you take overall responsibility for the non-conformance process and safeguard the quality and reliability of our products
*check* Drive improvements: you monitor KPIs, identify optimization opportunities, and lead data-driven improvement and development initiatives
*check* Coordinate cross-functional collaboration: you work closely with Product Management, Quality, Assembly, Standardization, and other stakeholders to ensure products meet targets in quality, cost, and delivery
*check* Strengthen customer satisfaction: you resolve customer issues, manage escalations, and ensure sustainable solutions that maintain customer confidence and trust

Responsibilities

Strengthen customer satisfaction: you resolve customer issues, manage escalations, and ensure sustainable solutions that maintain customer confidence and trust

Requirements

Technical expertise: you hold a university degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification
Leadership experience: you have successfully led teams, developed employees, and act as a coach and sparring partner
Passion for people: you inspire others, build strong relationships, and know how to unite teams behind common goals
Business and project know-how: you understand business processes and have experience in project management and continuous improvement environments
International communication skills: you are fluent in English and German and feel comfortable working in an international setting
