What to expect
Reporting to the Facilities Manager you will join our Global Real Estate and Site Services team at ID Quantique in Geneva. The team is responsible for delivering safe, efficient and well-maintained working environments that support the development of world-leading quantum technologies. As Facilities Manager, you will oversee the operational and infrastructural management of our Geneva headquarters, production facility and a satellite office in Lausanne. This is a varied, hands-on role requiring both strong facilities management expertise and the willingness to tackle practical maintenance tasks where appropriate. Working within a fast-paced, international environment, you will lead local facilities operations, manage external contractors and ensure our sites remain safe, compliant and operational at all times.
Lead facilities operations across three Swiss locations, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant working environments that support business operations. Drive operational excellence through preventative maintenance, contractor management, budgeting, health and safety, physical security and continuous improvement. Manage and develop the local facilities team while building strong relationships with employees, suppliers and stakeholders across the business.
