↳Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
↳8+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Operations, Production, Maintenance, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence.
↳Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in productivity, OEE, reliability, quality, cost, or throughput.
↳Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Continuous Improvement, Performance Management Systems, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
↳Experience leading operational transformation initiatives within Chemicals, Agrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, FMCG, Food & Beverage, or other process manufacturing industries.
↳Strong ability to influence and coach teams without direct authority.
↳Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
↳Analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
↳Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage.
