Description

In your role as a Marketing, Communication & Event Assistant, you will be the voice of the accelerator, playing a key role in building our brand, managing our community, and ensuring our mission resonates across the European startup ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of the operational planning and execution of accelerator events
Coordinate invitations, registrations, logistics, materials, and on-site event support
Execute marketing and communications activities across channels
Create, edit, and maintain content and marketing assets
Support community communication with startups, partners, and ecosystem
Coordinate with partners and support PR and visibility activities
Support the team during ongoing program batches with hands-on tasks

Requirements

Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business or related field
Practical experience in marketing, communications, or event organization is a must
Experience with design and content tools is a strong plus
Strong writing skills, a creative mindset, and a hands-on attitude
Reliable, structured, and able to manage multiple tasks in parallel
Native in German, fluent in English
Passion for startups, new technologies, and entrepreneurship
