Vos futures responsabilités :

Vous assurerez la mise en train, le réglage et le suivi des machines CNC de production.
Vous réaliserez les contrôles dimensionnels et esthétiques des composants afin de garantir leur conformité aux exigences horlogères.
Vous effectuerez les timbrages de production et assurerez le suivi des indicateurs journaliers.
Vous contribuerez à la stabilité des procédés et à l'optimisation des paramètres de fabrication.
Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes de production afin de garantir la qualité et la performance des opérations.

Responsibilities

You will ensure the setup, adjustment, and monitoring of CNC production machines.
You will perform dimensional and aesthetic checks of components to ensure compliance with watchmaking requirements.
You will carry out production stamping and ensure the monitoring of daily indicators.
You will contribute to process stability and optimization of manufacturing parameters.
You will closely collaborate with production teams to ensure the quality and performance of operations.

Requirements

You hold a CFC in the field of mechanics or an equivalent training.
You have knowledge in programming and CNC machining.
You ideally have experience with 'EWAG WS 11', 'WS11-SP' and 'Studer S11' machines.
You have experience in the manufacture of watch components and are comfortable with the precision requirements of the sector.
You are rigorous, methodical, and enjoy teamwork.
You are willing to work in a 2x8 schedule.
