↳Degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, product development, process engineering, or a related technical discipline
↳3-5 years relevant experience in equipment development, machine design, process equipment, industrial machinery, special-purpose machinery (Sondermaschinenbau), prototyping, pilot plants, or related industrial engineering environments
↳Strong mechanical design and CAD skills, combined with hands-on experience building, modifying, testing, and commissioning equipment and prepare related structured documentation
↳Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and with external partners, effectively balancing in-house development with external engineering support.
↳Good understanding of sensors, actuators, controls, instrumentation, and data acquisition
↳Hands-on, resourceful, and self-starting, with a strong builder mindset and a drive to turn ideas into robust industrial solutions.
↳Excited to travel; fluent in English and good working proficiency in German
