Ihre Aufgaben

Prüfung und Sicherstellung der korrekten, vollständigen und plausiblen Spesen- und Reiseabrechnungen gemäss Reglement
Kommunikation mit Mitarbeitenden zur Klärung offener Punkte sowie Unterstützung bei Bearbeitung und Freigabe von Abrechnungen
Pflege der Reise- und Spesendaten im System sowie Mitarbeit an administrativen Aufgaben und Einhaltung interner Prozess
Prüfung und Mitarbeit bei der Verarbeitung der Verbindlichkeiten aus Lieferungen und Leistungen
Ansprechperson für buchhalterische Anfragen und Abklärungen der Gliederungseinheiten

Responsibilities

Review and ensure the correctness, completeness, and plausibility of expense and travel reports according to regulations
Communicate with employees to clarify open points and support the processing and approval of reports
Maintain travel and expense data in the system and assist with administrative tasks and compliance with internal processes
Review and assist in processing liabilities from deliveries and services
Point of contact for accounting inquiries and clarifications of organizational units

Requirements

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
Good SAP knowledge (ideally S/4HANA) and MS Office
Careful, structured, and reliable working style
Good numerical understanding and attention to detail
Enjoyment of administrative tasks and teamwork
Very good German language skills; additional language skills are an advantage
