What you'll be doing Own the module architecture for core control plane services (REST APIs, orchestration, configuration), with explicit boundaries to data services, key-management services, and identity/access layers. Develop and maintain production .NET code in the Control Plane solution: implement core modules, contribute to shared libraries, review pull requests, and troubleshoot issues across environments. Define plugin entry points and extension points for business domains (for example: quantum key distribution, key management, and network management), with versioned contracts and a clear compatibility strategy. Drive security-by-design (OpenID Connect, role-based access control, mutual TLS, certificate lifecycle, and crypto agility including post-quantum readiness), aligned with centralized identity, authentication, and authorization patterns (for example: Keycloak). Establish architectural runways: reference implementations, coding standards, API governance (OpenAPI/Swagger), and secure development/quality gates (testing, code review, and security checks in CI/CD). Partner with the centralized orchestration services team (sometimes referred to as the Central Server) and the device team to keep end-to-end workflows consistent; standardize telemetry with OpenTelemetry and ensure reliable device-to-platform messaging (for example: MQTT).
