## Your new job ##
* Holistic advice: advising, accompanying and supporting parents, families and caregivers with children aged 0-4 years
* Specialist advice: dealing with specific questions about child development, education, nutrition, sleep behaviour, health and care as well as general family issues
* Strengthening skills: actively promoting parents' educational competence, supporting parents in understanding their roles and strengthening the parent-child relationship
* Crisis intervention and triage: intervening in crisis situations, recognising possible child welfare endangerments and initiating appropriate measures
* Interdisciplinary collaboration: active and committed participation in working groups and networks, maintaining networking with external partners
* Teamwork: active and cooperative participation in common team topics
## Your qualification ##
* Basic training: completed tertiary education (HF/FH) as a qualified nurse, qualified midwife, qualified social pedagogue, childhood pedagogue or a comparable qualification
* Specialisation: postgraduate studies HFP Advisor Early Childhood or willingness to complete this further training within 2 years
* Professional experience: professional experience in accompanying and advising families with children
* Personality: flexible, resilient and strong communication skills with high social competence
* Working method: responsible, solution-oriented - independent planning and organising within the region
* Languages: foreign language skills are an advantage
* Mobility: driving licence category B
