02Configure and support Cisco switches, routers and related network infrastructure
03Operate Palo Alto firewalls and maintain firewall security policies
04Manage site-to-site VPNs, remote-access VPNs and external partner connections
05Operate BGP routing and internet edge traffic steering
06Manage VLANs, routing, NAT, network segmentation and IP address spaces
07Manage internet upstreams, carrier connections and connectivity between colocation sites
08Plan and implement network architecture changes, upgrades and lifecycle activities
09Monitor network availability, performance, capacity and traffic flows
10Troubleshoot routing, latency, packet loss, DNS, firewall, VPN and connectivity incidents
11Capture and analyze network and protocol traffic using Wireshark
12Maintain network diagrams, configuration backups, inventories and operational runbooks
13Implement network segmentation, infrastructure hardening and vulnerability remediation
14Review firewall rules, access controls, firmware versions and security configurations
15Support installation, cabling and replacement of network hardware at colocation sites
16Support Proxmox, Linux, DNS, DHCP, NTP and other infrastructure services where required
17Support network-level troubleshooting of SMPP, SCTP and SS7/SIGTRAN connectivity
18Provide secondary support for office networks, Wi-Fi and corporate IT services
19Participate in incident management, infrastructure changes and the compensated on-call rotation
