Nurse in the Pool at 100%

Key information about the position: Reference: CLS/RH/2026.771 / Contract type: Permanent contract at 100% / Hours: Monday to Sunday in 12-hour shifts (7:00 am-8:00 pm / 7:30 pm-7:30 am) / Start date: as soon as we find the right person / Location: in the heart of Lausanne (M2 stop "Riponne" or Bus 2, 3 or 21 stop "Beaulieu-Jomini")

Responsabilités

Perform technical and specific nursing care, respecting current protocols
Actively collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure individualised and quality care
Ensure rigorous traceability of care in the electronic patient record
Strictly apply hygiene, asepsis and safety rules
Quickly integrate into the teams of the services where you intervene to ensure continuity of care with professionalism

Exigences

Nursing diploma or equivalent qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
Minimum 3 years of professional experience, ideally in a hospital setting
Strong skills in general care, both in medicine and surgery
Excellent adaptability, autonomy and sense of responsibility
Rigor, organisation and effective stress management in a dynamic environment
