↳Proven hands-on experience as an Observability Engineer, Monitoring Engineer or similar technical role;
↳Practical experience with open standards and ecosystems such as Prometheus, OpenTelemetry and related tooling;
↳Experience designing and operating telemetry pipelines for metrics, logs, and traces;
↳Experience with observability in modern distributed systems and cloud native architectures;
↳Experience with LLM observability, including monitoring, tracing, and quality signals for AI or ML based workloads;
↳Experience migrating from existing monitoring platforms to new observability platforms is a strong plus;
↳Experience with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure;
↳Experience with on-premises environments, particularly Microsoft based virtualized infrastructures;
↳Experience with scripting and automation using tools such as PowerShell, Bash, JSON or YAML;
↳Experience deploying Observability solutions / platform as IaC (Terraform);
↳Good understanding of IT service management processes and event driven operations is a plus;
↳Strong problem-solving skills and a structured, analytical mindset;
↳Ability to collaborate effectively across infrastructure, platform, application and architecture teams;
↳Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and continuously improve;
↳Fluent English verbal and written communication skills. German is a plus.
