↳Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or a related field, or equivalent professional education (KV) and experience
↳5+ years experience in operations, administration, finance administration or business operations
↳Strong financial modeling and Excel skills, including experience maintaining planning, forecasting or liquidity models
↳Experience in an SME, startup, scale-up, or technology-driven environment is a strong advantage
↳Strong organizational and project management skills
↳Good understanding of budgeting and financial reporting
↳Hands-on, pragmatic, and detail-oriented, with a willingness to take ownership
↳Experience working with external accountants and payroll providers
