What you will do Contribute to the manufacture of biopharmaceutical products while ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and cGMP requirements. Execute production operations across different manufacturing processes, including documentation and process-related calculations. Identify, investigate, and help resolve process deviations to support continuous manufacturing excellence. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and engineering stakeholders. Maintain accurate production records and support regulatory and quality standards. Assist in onboarding and training new team members, sharing technical knowledge and best practices. Support continuous improvement activities that enhance operational performance, safety, and product quality.
