Responsabilités

Leading the full PET bottle development journey, from early concepts and three-dimensional design through validation, piloting and factory implementation.

Building strong partnerships with suppliers to develop PET bottle, preform and closure solutions that can be scaled reliably in production.

Exigences

Holding a Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanics, Processing, Packaging, Industrial Design or an equivalent field.
Bringing strong knowledge of PET bottle and preform development, structural design, testing, validation and factory implementation.
Applying packaging development expertise to improve bottle forming, barrier technologies, closure compatibility and circular design solutions.
Coordinating cross-functional projects with internal teams, factories, suppliers and external partners in a global environment.
Influencing stakeholders through clear communication, pragmatic problem-solving and the ability to turn technical ideas into scalable solutions.
Communicating with working proficiency in English.
Being open to travel up to 20% as part of the role.
Demonstrating courage, collaboration, speed and continuous learning.
