Aufgaben Aufbau und Leitung der Abteilung Treuhand/Buchhaltung mit Spezialisierung auf Krypto-Mandate Mandatsleitung, Kundenbetreuung sowie Führung und Ausbau eines Teams Eigenständige Entwicklung von Prozessen, Dienstleistungen und Standards im Buchhaltungsbereich Weiterentwicklung der IT-Anwendungen mit Krypto-Buchhaltungstools und Steuerreporting-Tools Mitwirkung an der strategischen Unternehmensentwicklung

Responsibilities

Building and leading the fiduciary/accounting department with a focus on crypto mandates
Managing mandates, client support, and leading and expanding a team
Independent development of processes, services, and standards in the accounting area
Further development of IT applications with crypto accounting tools and tax reporting tools
Participation in strategic corporate development

Requirements

Experience and/or understanding of the tax and accounting treatment of cryptocurrencies and/or willingness to develop in this area
Solid expertise in fiduciary, accounting, and corporate tax law
Practical experience with international mandates
Entrepreneurial thinking, personal responsibility, and strategic foresight
Ideally: existing client base and a well-developed network in the SME environment
