**Your Main Responsibilities**

**Support to the CFO**
* General administrative and office management tasks.
* Handling and processing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
* Assisting with projects and special assignments.
**Pension Fund Administration**
* Administrative management of the company's occupational pension scheme (BVG/LPP).
* Reporting employee-related events to insurance providers.
* Processing pension fund purchases, withdrawals for home ownership, and retirements.
* Supporting communication with employees and insurance partners.
* Managing employee entries, departures, and salary changes.
* Preparing contribution statements for affiliated employers.
* Assisting with the annual closing of the company's pension fund.
* Managing the company's two properties and supporting tenants.
**Payroll**
* Independently processing the monthly payroll after the initial training period.
* Maintaining and verifying employee and payroll data.
* Processing employee hires, terminations, and changes.
* Assisting with the administration of withholding tax, family allowances, and social insurance matters.
* Preparing payroll statements and annual salary certificates.
* Handling sickness and accident daily allowance claims.
* Supporting the reconciliation of payroll-related accounts with the finance department.
* Assisting with year-end payroll processing.
## Why this job is right for you: ##
**Education**
* Commercial apprenticeship (EFZ) or an equivalent qualification.
* Further education in Human Resources, Payroll, or Social Insurance is an advantage.
**Professional Experience**
* At least 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing or HR administration.
* Experience with a payroll system is required (Mirus is an advantage).
* Experience working with social insurance institutions and public authorities is an advantage.
**Pension Fund Administration**
* Basic knowledge of the Swiss occupational pension system (BVG/LPP) and an understanding of key pension administration processes, including:
* Employee entries and exits
* Master data maintenance and personnel changes
* Contribution calculations
* Retirement processing
* Ability to answer employee inquiries regarding occupational pension plans following a thorough onboarding and training period.
**Payroll**
* Sound knowledge of Swiss payroll accounting and administration.
* Basic knowledge of Swiss social insurance schemes (AHV, IV, EO, ALV, KTG, UVG).
* Ability to independently manage the complete monthly payroll cycle after the initial training period.
**IT Skills**
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office 365.
* Experience with HR and payroll systems (e.g., Mirus, Abacus, PEKA); knowledge of SAP (SAP S/4HANA) is an advantage.
