↳Minimum 2 years of experience developing and operating Kubernetes Operators, ideally using Golang and the Crossplane framework to provision and continuously reconcile resources
↳Minimum 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing automation solutions using vRealize (Aria) Automation, with a focus on large-scale enterprise environments
↳Expert knowledge of Kubernetes and the cloud-native computing ecosystem
↳Strong understanding of IT infrastructure including Windows, Linux, Active Directory, Cisco technologies, etc.
↳Strong understanding of cloud computing, virtualisation, and automation technologies, including VMware vSphere, vCenter, and NSX
↳Strong understanding of SW development processes, CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools
↳Strong understanding of IT service management frameworks such as ITIL, and experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git
↳Experience with Golang and scripting languages such as Javascript, PowerShell or Python
↳Proven track record of leading technical projects and teams, with experience in managing multiple stakeholders and vendors
↳Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
↳Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
↳Ability to quickly grasp complex requirements, fast learner, highly proactive
↳Proven track record in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
↳Fluent in English, German is a plus
