Description
Maintain and update financial and procurement systems with accurate budgetary and expenditure data.
Prepare, consolidate, and analyze financial information related to IT spending, including infrastructure, cloud services, and external resources.
Support invoice reconciliation activities and ensure compliance with established procedures.
Assist in the preparation of budget and expenditure reports for internal stakeholders.
Collect, consolidate, and report data related to sustainable IT initiatives and environmental impact metrics.
Coordinate awareness activities, working groups, and follow-up actions linked to sustainability programs.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and enhance data quality and decision-making.
Provide administrative support, including purchase requisitions, procurement follow-up, invoice processing, and receipt management.
Perform additional administrative and operational support tasks as required.
Responsabilités
* Coordinate sustainability reporting and administrative activities
* Support portfolio operations through financial reporting, budget tracking
* Maintain and update financial and procurement systems with accurate budgetary and expenditure data.
* Prepare, consolidate, and analyze financial information related to IT spending, including infrastructure, cloud services, and external resources.
* Support invoice reconciliation activities and ensure compliance with established procedures.
* Assist in the preparation of budget and expenditure reports for internal stakeholders.
* Collect, consolidate, and report data related to sustainable IT initiatives and environmental impact metrics.
* Coordinate awareness activities, working groups, and follow-up actions linked to sustainability programs.

Exigences
* Completed secondary education.
* Minimum 4 years of administrative, financial support, or office coordination experience.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Service-oriented mindset and strong teamwork capabilities.
* Fluent English, both written and spoken.
