The role

01Provide day-to-day support to internal stakeholders on procurement processes and procedures.
02Review purchase requisitions and ensure completeness and compliance with procurement requirements.
03Support sourcing activities and supplier selection processes.
04Prepare and process purchase orders in line with internal procedures.
05Assist with the administration and follow-up of supplier contracts.
06Conduct market research and gather information to support procurement decisions.
07Prepare and manage procurement documentation within the eSourcing platform.
08Coordinate communications with internal stakeholders and suppliers throughout procurement processes.
09Support vendor performance follow-up and contract-related administrative activities.
10Contribute to the smooth execution of procurement operations and related reporting activities.
Requirements
↳Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement support, procurement operations, purchasing administration, or procurement coordination.
↳Experience supporting indirect procurement activities within a structured environment.
↳Familiarity with tendering processes and procurement documentation.
↳Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
↳Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
↳Good command of French is considered an asset.
↳Experience using ERP systems and eSourcing tools.
↳Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented mindset.
