Your Tasks Overall responsibility for product, material, and digital compliance (e.g., CE, REACH, RoHS, CRA), as well as the development and adaptation of internal processes to current requirements Development and implementation of sustainability, decarbonization, and ESG strategies (including human rights, conflict minerals, and responsible sourcing) in all target markets Ongoing analysis of national and international laws and their translation into internal guidelines, checklists, and specifications for product development Ensuring product safety (including safety reports and coordination with testing laboratories) and preparing all standard and customer-specific conformity documents Coordinating supplier inquiries regarding compliance issues, conducting risk assessments of components, and establishing due diligence and ESG reporting processes Responding to customer inquiries (ESG questionnaires, audits) and collaborating across departments with Development, Purchasing, Quality, Production, and Management
