- Proven track record as a product manager with at least five years of experience in developing and marketing complex technical systems (hardware & software), as well as requirement gathering methodologies
- University degree in engineering or physical science with solid practical experience
- Knowledge in geospatial, imaging and Lidar applications is an advantage
- Strong analytical abilities with attention to details, but entrepreneurial to balance details, technical solutions and business value into an optimal solution for the customer
- Clear in defining & explaining goals and transparent in drawing conclusions
- Excellent skill to negotiate compromises for complex technical solutions in an interdisciplinary environment
- Self-driven, creative to explore new solutions while managing risks, curious to continuously learn
- Hands-on team player with excellent listening, interpersonal and communication skills in English and German
- Up to 30% travel might be required
