Description

Your responsibilities: Communicate and manage relationships with stakeholders to deliver the best product Define and document business requirements to capture business needs and constraints, and guide the development process Define and maintain a product roadmap to provide a clear direction to the Development teams and stakeholders Prioritize the product backlog to ensure that the most valuable work is addressed first and maximize ROI Analyze and prioritize client feedback for driving continuous improvements and meeting user expectations Collaborate with designers to optimize the user experience (e.g A/B testing, mobile & web) Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the product, support business and development teams by knowledge sharing and mentoring Maintain awareness of market and industry trends for better optimization of solution definition Provide guidance on the vision to the Development Team and explain requirements Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for business feature references Monitor KPIs to perform feature prioritization and enhance data-driven decisions Ensure incremental business validation to make sure developed features meet business requirements

Requirements

Master or Bachelor degree
You have a deep understanding of securities trading, forex trading a plus
You have several years of experience as product owner, business analyst or a similar role
You have several years of experience working with agile software development teams, and a good understanding of product development in a disciplined agile environment
You have experience working closely with product designers to build end client solutions on web platforms, mobile a plus
You have a thorough understanding of the product quality aspect, with prior experience of planning and coordinating business validation activities
You are an excellent communicator and storyteller with different stakeholders, able to face stakeholders as well institutional clients
You have experience in sharing your business knowledge and mentoring other team members
