The role

Your role will include:
Working with a team of Production Associates, engineers, and formulation specialists to deliver great quality products to our customers.
Independent operation, monitoring, and cleaning of our bespoke high-tech production plants.
Coordinating and supporting the supply of necessary raw materials and the production of intermediates.
Teamwork with the industrialization team to fine-tune the process parameters.
Precise execution and documentation of work instructions & in-process controls.
Support trouble shooting of out-of-spec (OOS) productions in collaboration with the Quality & Development Team.
Troubleshooting and execution of minor repairs & maintenance work.
Process and plant optimization including reduction of waste within the framework of LEAN and Shop floor management.
Compliance with our safety, quality, and hygiene standards.

02Unabhängige Bedienung, Überwachung und Reinigung unserer maßgeschneiderten Hochtechnologie-Produktionsanlagen.
03Koordinierung und Unterstützung der Versorgung mit notwendigen Rohstoffen.
04Teamarbeit mit dem Industrialisierungsteam zur Feinabstimmung der Prozessparameter.
05Präzise Ausführung und Dokumentation von Arbeitsanweisungen & Prozesskontrollen.
06Unterstützung bei der Fehlersuche von OOS-Produktionen.
07Fehlerbehebung und Durchführung kleiner Reparaturen & Wartungsarbeiten.
08Prozess- und Anlagenoptimierung einschließlich Abfallreduzierung.
09Einhaltung unserer Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards.
Requirements
↳Abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit eidgenössischem Fähigkeitszeugnis (EFZ).
↳3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in GMP-regulierten Produktionsumgebungen.
↳Starkes technisches Verständnis und Freude an der Bedienung und Optimierung von Anlagen.
↳Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit.
↳Teamorientierte und kommunikative Arbeitsweise.
↳Hohe Sicherheits-, Hygiene- und Qualitätsbewusstsein.
↳Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2+) sind ein Muss.
