As a Production Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving quality issues across the production line, from daily debugging to root cause analysis and corrective actions. Working directly on the shop floor, you will work closely with Production and Methods, but also Product Life Management (PLM) and R&D teams to drive product and process improvements. Ultimately, you will contribute to reducing failures and continuously enhancing the reliability and quality of our products. As a key quality referent on the shop floor, you will support production teams, capitalize on failure knowledge, and ensure effective resolution of recurring issues. The role requires a practical, flexible approach and a strong ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
