Aufgaben Optimieren der Produktionsabläufe und -verfahren im Hinblick auf Qualität, Ergonomie und Kosten nach den Grundsätzen von Lean Manufacturing Analyse von Produktionsdaten, Identifizieren von Engpässen und Erarbeiten von Verbesserungen Erarbeiten von Konzepten und Lastenheften für Automatisierungslösungen Impulsgeber für Lösungen im Bereich Automatisierungstechnik Steuerung und Realisierung von Projekten in der Produktion: Von der Konzeptionierung über die physische Implementierung bis zum Hand-Over an die Teamleiter im Shopfloor Überwachung der Produktionsinfrastruktur (Betriebsmittelüberwachung) Unterstützung der Produktion bei technischen Störungen durch gezielte Fehlersuche sowie aktive Behebung von Maschinenstillständen und Durchführung kleinerer Reparaturen Mitarbeit in Produktentwicklungsprojekten und Industrialisierung als Sparringpartner für F&E und Produktionsleitung Bearbeitung/Vereinfachung von komplexen Excel-Files

Responsibilities

Optimizing production processes and procedures with regard to quality, ergonomics, and costs according to Lean Manufacturing principles
Analyzing production data, identifying bottlenecks, and developing improvements
Developing concepts and specifications for automation solutions
Providing impulses for solutions in the field of automation technology
Controlling and realizing projects in production: from conception to physical implementation to hand-over to team leaders on the shop floor
Monitoring production infrastructure (monitoring of operating resources)
Supporting production in technical disruptions through targeted troubleshooting and active resolution of machine downtimes and carrying out minor repairs
Collaborating in product development projects and industrialization as a sparring partner for R&D and production management
Processing/simplifying complex Excel files

Requirements

Several years of experience in production technology
Knowledge and practical experience in mechanics, machine control, pneumatics, and electronics
FH, HF degree in mechanical engineering or production technology preferred with basic training, e.g. as a polymechanic
Successful track record in the implementation of production systems and in the definition of production processes
Practical experience with lean production methods and Kaizen
Innovative and creative thinking as well as a hands-on mentality
High degree of initiative and commitment
IT affinity is an advantage
Strong communication and teamwork skills
