Description

Ihre Aufgaben

Analyse bestehender Abläufe, Datenflüsse und Systeme entlang der e2e Request-Fulfilment-Kette sowie Ableiten von Optimierungen und Erstellen fachlicher Konzepte
Erhebung, Validierung und Dokumentation fachlicher Anforderungen sowie Spezifikation von Schnittstellen und erforderlichen Datenmodellen
Mitgestaltung und Definition von Produktkatalogeinträgen und Beistellpflichten für MVP und Betrieb
Untersuchung von Datenqualitäten, Reports und Schnittstellen sowie Erstellung von Fehleranalysen und Koordination von Korrekturmassnahmen
Entwicklung und Wartung parametrischer Reports und Automatisierungen zur operativen Unterstützung
Testen von Entwicklungen, Verifikation von Bugfixes und Sicherstellung der Systemintegrität
Unterstützung der Endanwender, Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Durchführung von Schulungen sowie operative Unterstützung bei Störungen
Zusammenarbeit über mehrere agile Teams hinweg inklusive Steuerung über ein gemeinsames Backlog und Abstimmung mit Stakeholdern
Entwicklung und Nutzung von KI-Agenten sowie Anwendung von Prompt Engineering zur Unterstützung der Digitalisierungsziele

Responsibilities

Analyze existing processes, data flows, and systems along the e2e request fulfillment chain and derive optimizations.
Gather, validate, and document business requirements as well as specify interfaces and required data models.
Co-design and define product catalog entries and obligations for MVP and operation.
Investigate data quality, reports, and interfaces, and create error analyses and coordinate corrective measures.
Develop and maintain parametric reports and automations for operational support.
Test developments, verify bug fixes, and ensure system integrity.
Support end users, create documentation, and conduct training as well as operational support in case of disruptions.
Collaborate across multiple agile teams including management through a common backlog and coordination with stakeholders.
Develop and use AI agents and apply prompt engineering to support digitalization goals.

Requirements

University degree in computer science, business informatics, electrical engineering, business administration or comparable.
At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst/requirement engineer, ideally in projects with complex IT landscapes.
Solid knowledge in the use of AI applications, especially in the development and use of AI agents and in prompt engineering.
Strong analytical thinking, abstraction ability, and problem-solving skills.
Very good oral and written communication skills in German and English.
Strong team spirit, proactive, independent working style, and high service awareness.
Resilience in complex and long-term topics and willingness to adapt to changing requirements.
