Ihre Hauptaufgaben

Leitung anspruchsvoller Projekte unter Einhaltung von Zeitplänen, Budgets und Qualitätsstandards

Klare und adressatengerechte Kommunikation innerhalb der Projektteams sowie mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern

Aufbau, Implementierung und kontinuierliche Optimierung einer effizienten Projektorganisation

Erstellung und Pflege eines zielführenden Projektplans entsprechend den Projektzielen und Kundenanforderungen

Koordination und Abstimmung der Aufgaben und Aktivitäten der Teilprojekte

Laufende Überwachung, Auswertung und proaktive Steuerung der Projekte

Regelmässiges Reporting des Projektfortschritts

Lead demanding projects while adhering to schedules, budgets, and quality standards
Clear and audience-appropriate communication within project teams and with all relevant stakeholders
Establish, implement, and continuously optimize an efficient project organization
Create and maintain a goal-oriented project plan according to project objectives and customer requirements
Coordinate and align tasks and activities of sub-projects
Ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and proactive management of projects
Regular reporting of project progress

Completed training as an engineer FH/ETH/TU in the field of medical technology, microtechnology, or mechanical engineering
At least 5 years of professional experience in medical technology, the pharmaceutical industry, or plastic processing
Additional training in business administration or project management is an advantage
Strong hands-on mentality and enjoyment in proactively driving topics forward
Very good German and English skills (C1) in spoken and written form
