Real Estate Asset Manager - Family Office (M/F)

* 360° Asset Management position * Rare opportunity to join a well-established family office ## About Our Client ## Our client is a well-established family office which owns an extended European real estate portfolio. ## Job Description ## Reporting directly to the Head of Real Estate Investments of the family office, your main activities will include: * **Asset Management** : Drive relationships with the property managers, follow up on assets and developments with third parties, review appraisals and budget and update financial models & business plans. Conduct scenario analysis and strategic analysis to drive strategic decisions on portfolio positions. Active participation in letting initiatives. * **Acquisitions** : Produce analysis and conduct the due-diligence process. Produce financial models for selected opportunities as well as investment memorandums. * **Portfolio Management** : Responsible for gathering, centralising and consolidating the Annual Report and Quarterly Board Reports based on the Portfolio consolidation. * **Strategy** : support and provide input on establishing the company's long term investment strategy. * **Pipeline** : Source deals and develop a network of potential partners in order to bring new opportunities for consideration. ## The Successful Applicant ## * Bachelor/master's degree with Business/Real Estate or Construction focus * Professional Experience: 3-5 years of relevant professional work experience focused on international real estate management/investment, ideally **with a first exposure to Swiss assets.** * Asset management experience, including supervision of third parties * Financial modelling skills and understanding of real estate investment process (including private equity real estate, strong excel-skills * Strong organisational skills.
