03Your tasks:
- Independently plan and carry out practical synthesis work, including multi-step reactions and route optimisation
- Perform purification of target compounds using suitable standard laboratory techniques
- Characterise synthesised products and assess their quality and purity using analytical methods such as HPLC and NMR
- Document, review and maintain accurate laboratory records and risk assessments in line with internal standards
- Prepare clear written and oral updates on research activities and progress
- Support scale-up considerations by evaluating routes against relevant criteria

Exigences
↳Proven experience in multi-step synthesis, reaction optimisation and purification/characterisation techniques
↳Hands-on knowledge of HPLC, NMR, crystallisation and flash chromatography
↳Strong understanding of organic reaction mechanisms and functional group transformations
↳MSc in Chemistry or vocational chemistry training with demonstrated applied synthesis experience
