Description
**Aufgaben**
Verantwortung für die korrekte und termingerechte Durchführung von Kontosaldierungen und Kontenabgleichen
Prüfung und Analyse von Kontoauszügen sowie Saldenabgleichen für Privatkunden
Identifizierung und Klärung von Unstimmigkeiten sowie eigenständige Lösung von Differenzen
Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen und der Kundenbetreuung zur Klärung offener Fragen
Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Reports und Auswertungen zur Finanzkontrolle
Umsetzung der relevanten rechtlichen und regulatorischen Anforderungen im Bereich der Kontenführung
Responsabilités
Responsibility for the correct and timely execution of account reconciliations and account verifications
Review and analysis of account statements and balance reconciliations for private customers
Identification and clarification of discrepancies as well as independent resolution of differences
Collaboration with other departments and customer service to clarify open questions
Support in the preparation of reports and evaluations for financial control
Implementation of relevant legal and regulatory requirements in the area of account management
Exigences
Completed commercial training, ideally in banking or a comparable field
High attention to detail and analytical thinking
Independent working style and good problem-solving skills
Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel; experience with banking-specific software is an advantage
