Werde Teil unseres Sales / Account Development Teams in Root! Wir suchen dich als Sales Consultant zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt für unser Team! Tauche mit uns in die spannende Welt der Konsumgüter ein und werde Teil unseres Sales-Teams.

Responsibilities

You independently manage top manufacturers in the FMCG sector - both nationally and internationally.
You build sustainable business relationships and gain the trust of your existing customers.
You identify and utilize cross-selling and up-selling potentials.
You prepare pitches and conduct coordinated negotiations.
You take on revenue and budget responsibility.
You recognize growth potentials and develop customer-specific growth concepts.
You create convincing offers that focus on customer benefits.
You manage the entire sales process and use our CRM tool daily.
You work across departments and coordinate account strategies within the team.
You maintain and strengthen your internal network.

Requirements

University degree, preferably in Marketing / Sales / Trade or comparable qualification.
2-3 years of professional experience.
Fluent in German and very good English skills.
Excellent customer orientation, strong communication and presentation skills.
Passion and commitment.
Initiative and proactive working style.
Very good time and project management.
Team player in a challenging and fast-paced environment.
