Key Responsibilities · Design high-performance analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits for Power Management applications. · Develop transistor-level analog building blocks including LDO regulators, bandgap references, operational amplifiers, comparators, bias circuits, voltage and current reference circuits, protection and monitoring circuits. · Contribute to mixed-signal subsystem development, including ADC integration and support where applicable. · Perform schematic design, simulation, optimization and verification using industry-standard EDA tools. · Execute pre-layout and post-layout verification across PVT corners, Monte Carlo and reliability conditions. · Work closely with Layout Engineers to optimize matching, area, performance and manufacturability. · Collaborate with Digital Design, Verification, Applications, Product Engineering and Test Engineering teams throughout product development. · Support silicon bring-up, characterization, debugging and production ramp. · Document design work and present technical results to cross-functional engineering teams.
